Warehouse Production Line Worker – Job Details
Location: Lexington, KY
Schedule: Full-Time | 2nd Shift (Monday–Thursday 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM)
Training Schedule: 1st Shift (Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Friday 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM for 2–3 weeks)
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire (as applicable)
Overtime: Possible based on production demands

Warehouse Production Line Worker Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Willingness to train on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
About the Warehouse Production Line Worker Role
Crown Staffing is seeking dependable Warehouse Production Line Workers to support manufacturing operations in Lexington, KY. This role involves working with open-cast polyurethane molds on a production line while ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with setting up molds, materials, and production equipment
- Arrange orders based on drawings or supervisor instructions
- Mark job orders and products for tracking and identification
- Pour materials into molds according to specifications
- Monitor product quality and perform visual inspections for defects
- Demold finished products and move them through the production process
- Maintain accurate production reporting and daily counts
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Operate equipment following safety procedures and company guidelines
- Communicate with supervisors when clarification or assistance is needed
- Support team production goals and assist with additional duties as assigned
