Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals for a fast-paced bulk production facility. This role is highly physical and requires candidates who are comfortable with consistent manual labor and a rotating shift schedule after the initial training period.

This facility operates 24/7. All employees will rotate shifts based on operational needs after training. Candidates must be open to a flexible schedule to be considered for full-time hire.

Responsibilities:
- Perform heavy labor including shoveling, lifting, pushing, pulling, and dumping up to 50 lbs consistently for 8–12 hours
- Weigh, bag, pack, unpack, label, and store products
- Maintain cleanliness of facility (sweeping, compressed air cleaning, sanitizing)
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership on production flow, safety, and quality
- Monitor equipment operation and report any issues
- Support a team-oriented, safety-focused work environment
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform continuous physical labor in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently throughout shift
- Willingness to work rotating shifts after training period
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to communicate and work well with a team
- Previous manufacturing or labor experience preferred but not required
