Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring a dependable Fence Installer to support residential and commercial projects in Louisville, KY. This position focuses on installing fencing systems while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency.
This is a great opportunity for someone with construction experience who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure and lay out fence lines accurately
- Dig post holes using manual or powered equipment
- Set posts in concrete with proper alignment and spacing
- Install fence panels, gates, and hardware
- Use hand and power tools such as drills, saws, and levels
- Follow project specifications and site plans
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Communicate with team members and supervisors
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements
- Previous fence installation or construction experience required
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to follow directions and job instructions
- Ability to read a tape measure and basic layouts
- Strong work ethic and reliability
