About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring detail-oriented Visual Inspectors to support production operations in Hodgenville, KY. This role focuses on inspecting parts for quality, identifying defects, and ensuring all products meet required standards.
This is a great opportunity for someone who values accuracy, consistency, and teamwork in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspections following work instructions and quality standards
- Identify defects while maintaining production pace
- Complete required documentation accurately
- Report quality issues to leadership promptly
- Ensure packaging and final documentation meet customer requirements
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support production processes in line with ISO 9001 standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- ISO 9001 experience or training preferred
