Bowling Green, KY (supports multiple sites)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour

About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring a detail-oriented Production Data & BOM Coordinator to support manufacturing operations across multiple locations. This role focuses on maintaining accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) data, production rates, and system updates to ensure efficient operations and reporting.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, staying organized, and supporting production accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Bill of Materials (BOM), including setups, changes, and deletions
- Update and track scrap rates and activity (routing) rates
- Enter and process destruction transactions
- Maintain and monitor the Material Run-Out Tracker
- Support inventory and production accuracy through system updates
- Participate in project and product meetings to support BOM changes
- Coordinate data updates across multiple locations
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across production systems
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Analytical and organized work style
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred Experience
- Inventory control experience
- SAP experience
- 2+ years of related experience preferred
- Some post-secondary coursework is a plus (degree not required)
