Crown Staffing is hiring a reliable and organized Project Coordinator to support warehouse operations in Louisville, KY. This role focuses on coordinating projects, tracking inventory activity, and helping ensure daily operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support warehouse projects and operational initiatives
- Track project timelines and provide updates to leadership
- Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and reporting
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to maintain workflow
- Maintain accurate documentation and operational reports
- Identify and help resolve workflow or operational issues
- Support daily warehouse functions and additional tasks as needed
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
