Pay: $24.00 – $27.50 per hour (based on shift)

About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring a skilled Robot Weld Technician to support manufacturing operations in Shelbyville, KY. This role focuses on setting
up, operating, and troubleshooting robotic welding equipment while maintaining production and quality standards.
This is a great opportunity for someone with welding or manufacturing experience looking to grow into a more technical role in robotics and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot robotic welding equipment
- Assist with programming adjustments and system changes
- Make fixture, tooling, datum, and sensor adjustments as needed
- Perform preventative maintenance on robotic welding systems
- Support welding operations and maintain welding standards
- Train and assist operators on equipment and processes
- Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
- Complete required documentation and maintain organized work areas
- Follow safety procedures and support continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of manufacturing or welding experience preferred
- Experience with robotics, fixtures, or GMAW is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
