Schedule: Full-Time

- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Includes weekends

Crown Staffing is seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians and supervisors
- Perform admissions and ongoing patient assessments
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
- Assist with discharge planning and care transitions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records
- Support physicians during exams, treatments, and procedures
- Follow all hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (BSN, ADN, or Diploma)
- Active and unrestricted RN license in Kentucky (or compact license)
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Minimum 6 months of recent medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting
- ICU and telemetry experience required
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Experience with electronic health records and medical documentation
- Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments
