Pay: Starting at $19.51/hour
Additional Pay:
Additional Pay:
- $0.60 shift differential
- $0.57 for CNA/MA/RBT certification
- $0.57 for Associate’s Degree
- $1.13 for Bachelor’s Degree
- $1.00/hour weekend premium
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM
About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, you’ll help individuals with daily routines while promoting independence, safety, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support with daily living activities
- Assist with personal care, meals, and hygiene
- Encourage independence, communication, and life skills
- Support participation in recreational and community activities
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
- Document daily progress and updates
- Work closely with team members to follow individualized care plans
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- CPR certification required
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
- CNA, MA, or RBT certification is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient
