Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable General Labor associates to join our team in a manufacturing environment. This role involves operating machinery, assisting in production, and supporting the CNC Operator as needed. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and willing to learn new skills, as training will be provided.
We are seeking dependable General Labor associates to join our team in a manufacturing environment. This role involves operating machinery, assisting in production, and supporting the CNC Operator as needed. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and willing to learn new skills, as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment, including cut-off machines
- Cut pipe to specified measurements using a tape measure
- Load and unload materials into hoppers and machines
- Assist in the grinding area as needed
- Support the CNC Operator and serve as backup when required
- Perform shipping duties including building boxes, packing, and banding products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have reliable transportation (ride sharing not permitted)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Ability to stand and work for up to 10-hour shifts
- Ability to work overtime as needed
