- Friday – Sunday | 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Monday – Thursday | 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM
About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operators to support warehouse operations in Horse Cave, KY. This role involves operating stand-up forklifts or reach trucks to move, store, and track inventory in a fast-paced environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in narrow aisles and high-racking systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up forklifts or reach trucks to move materials throughout the facility
- Load and unload products from trucks, docks, and storage areas
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and update the warehouse system
- Store and retrieve materials in high-racking locations
- Stage pallets and prepare orders for shipment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Valid OSHA-compliant stand-up forklift certification
- Previous experience operating a stand-up forklift or reach truck
- Experience using RF scanners and inventory systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Good coordination and ability to navigate tight spaces

- Repetitive tasks and consistent movement throughout the shift
