Pay: $32.00 – $38.00/hour (based on experience and shift)
Bonus: Hiring bonus up to $4,300

About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring skilled Electrical Maintenance Technicians to support manufacturing operations in Georgetown, KY. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced technician with strong electrical and automation knowledge looking to grow in a high-demand environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, test, repair, and maintain electrical and electronic production equipment
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Perform work in compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes
- Install and connect wiring, switches, and electrical components using hand and power tools
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs, CNC machines, and robotic systems
- Work with Allen Bradley PLCs and Kawasaki robots
- Support overall equipment performance and minimize downtime
Requirements
- Electrical degree, diploma, or certification required
- Documentation of a current Journeyman Electrical License preferred
- Ability to work any shift, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and shutdowns
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation preferred
