Location: Georgetown, KY
Schedule: Rotating | 7:00 PM – 7:20 AM
Work Pattern: 4 days one week, 3 days the next
Pay: $20.20 – $35.06/hour
Position Type: Direct Hire
Bonus: Up to $4,000 hiring bonus
Overtime: Possible / Mandatory

About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring skilled Maintenance Technicians to support production equipment and facility operations in Georgetown, KY. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on technician with experience in industrial maintenance, automation, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Test and repair circuits, motors, servo drives, relay logic, and machine controls
- Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs, CNC machines, robotics, and automated equipment
- Fabricate and machine parts to repair fixtures and equipment
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Support preventative maintenance programs and equipment upgrades
- Assist in training maintenance team members
- Identify and implement improvements related to safety, quality, and productivity
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and motor controls
- Experience with CNC equipment, robotics, or automation systems preferred
- Welding, machining, or fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, holidays, and shutdown periods
Preferred Experience:
- Allen Bradley PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Kawasaki robot programming and troubleshooting
- Electrical controls and automation systems
