Pay: $17.50 – $18.50/hour
Shifts: 2nd & 3rd Shift Available
Schedule: Rotating weekends

About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support residents in a healthcare setting. In this role, you’ll work alongside nursing staff to provide quality care while promoting comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and wants to grow in the healthcare field.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily patient care under the direction of nursing staff
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, oral care, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in condition, including skin integrity
- Support residents with daily activities and scheduled programs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure quality outcomes
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in Kentucky (or compact state)
- Previous experience preferred but not required
- CPR certification preferred (training may be provided)
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills
