Box Truck Driver/Warehouse Associate
Monday – Friday | Hours: 5am -1:30pm | Pay: $23/hour
- Overtime possible and may be required
Box Truck Driver /Warehouse Associate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience driving a straight truck or tractor trailer (within the last 5 years)
- Valid driver’s license required (must meet company and DOT regulations)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card
- Clean driving record in accordance with insurance provider requirements
- Ability to load, unload, and handle materials safely
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to complete delivery paperwork and documentation accurately
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
About the Box Truck Driver/Warehouse Associate Role
As a Box Truck Driver/Warehouse Associate , you will be responsible for transporting insulation materials to job sites while ensuring safe driving practices and excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving company vehicles to deliver materials to job sites in a timely manner
- Loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently
- Performing daily pre-trip inspections and maintaining truck condition
- Processing delivery paperwork including tickets, bills of lading, and receipts
- Ensuring customers sign off on deliveries and collecting COD payments when required
- Following all DOT regulations and safety guidelines
- Providing excellent customer service during deliveries
- Assisting with production or warehouse support when needed
- Maintaining accurate delivery and shipment records
- Communicating any issues or delays to supervisors
