Pay: $28.63 – $34.34/hour (based on experience)
Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Swing Shift)
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire (Potential Direct Hire)

About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians to support manufacturing operations in Frankfort, KY. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure safe and efficient performance.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and wants to grow their skills in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Install and maintain machinery and system components
- Work with programmable controls, robotics, and automated equipment
- Use tools such as lathes, grinders, and welding equipment as needed
- Inspect equipment and replace worn or defective parts
- Complete preventative maintenance and routine inspections
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Support production by minimizing downtime and improving efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to resolve equipment and process issues
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in industrial or mechanical technology (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
