About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring an organized and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to support daily operations in Shelbyville, KY. This role focuses on handling shipping documentation, coordinating communication, and ensuring accuracy in incoming and outgoing shipments.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to emails in a timely manner
- File and organize shipping and office documentation
- Print pack slips and transfer sheets for outgoing shipments
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and condition
- Scan and distribute paperwork to plant manager, project manager, and inventory team
- Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation
- Support daily shipping and administrative operations
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail when reviewing shipments and documentation
- Previous administrative or shipping experience preferred
