- Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring Utility, Packaging, and Rework Associates to support production operations in Horse Cave, KY. In this role, you’ll assist with processing, packaging, and maintaining production flow in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in manufacturing with long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate HMI (computer panel controls) to manage bulk ingredients and product flow
- Maintain production rates and ensure product output meets standards
- Clean and rinse equipment following company procedures
- Monitor equipment for issues and perform minor adjustments as needed
- Communicate equipment concerns to maintenance teams
- Load supplies into hoppers, spindles, or feeding devices
- Support packaging, rework, and general production tasks
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Requirements
- Previous food manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain industrial truck and lift certification
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic mechanical aptitude and math skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
- Manufacturing setting with frequent standing, walking, and movement
- Use of PPE required, including steel-toe or slip-resistant shoes, earplugs, safety glasses, and hair/beard nets (if applicable)
