We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining an organized warehouse and ensuring products are prepared accurately and efficiently for shipment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, following directions, and handling physical tasks throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Build and stage pallets for outgoing shipments
- Read and follow work orders to ensure accurate product selection and preparation
- Prepare products for shipment according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift, carry, and move products as needed
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early start times when required
- Spanish speaking preferred
