Pay: $15.00/hour during training
Post-Training Pay: $15.00 – $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring Sewing Machine Operators to support production in Elizabethtown, KY. In this role, you’ll operate industrial sewing machines to create and alter garments while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
This is a great opportunity for someone with sewing experience or an interest in learning a skilled trade in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate high-speed industrial sewing machines using various fabrics
- Measure, cut, pin, and sew materials according to specifications
- Fit, alter, and adjust garments as needed
- Press finished products using irons or pressing equipment
- Follow written and verbal instructions for production tasks
- Perform basic machine maintenance to ensure proper operation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Sewing or hemming experience preferred
- Ability to perform detailed, hands-on work
- Basic math skills and ability to read instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
