Secondary Operator / Assembler
Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | $15.75/hr

Secondary Operator / Assembler Requirements
● 1–3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
● Basic math skills
● Experience using hand tools and operating machinery such as drill presses or punch presses preferred
● Previous working in a production/manufacturing environment with moving machinery
● Strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency

About the Secondary Operator / Assembler Role
As a Secondary Operator / Assembler, your responsibilities will include:
● Assembling metal components and products at a bench or on the production floor
● Positioning parts according to blueprints and work instructions to ensure accuracy
● Fastening parts using bolts, screws, rivets, clips, and other hardware
● Operating machinery such as drill presses, punch presses, riveting machines, and automated equipment
● Performing forming operations on metal stampings
● Inspecting parts visually and with gauges to ensure quality standards are met
● Removing small amounts of excess material using hand tools for precise fitting
● Monitoring product quality throughout the assembly process
● Recording and documenting production quantities accurately
● Packing finished components into appropriate packaging
● Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by following all safety procedures
● Supporting additional production tasks as assigned by management
