About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring reliable Coating Operators to support manufacturing operations in Frankfort, KY. In this role, you will assist with coating processes, operate machinery, and ensure parts meet quality standards.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build experience in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate coating and production equipment
- Mix chemicals and catalysts according to procedures
- Load and unload parts during the production process
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Package parts for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Support additional production tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Basic production or machine operation experience preferred
