Pay: $22.00 – $28.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule Options:
Schedule Options:
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8-hour shift)
- 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM (12-hour shift)

About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring reliable and safety-focused CDL / Yard Dog Drivers to support yard operations in Frankfort, KY. In this role, you will operate a yard tractor to move trailers and containers throughout the facility, helping ensure efficient and organized workflow.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong driving skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a yard tractor (“yard dog”) to move trailers and containers within the yard
- Position trailers for loading and unloading
- Maintain safe and organized traffic flow throughout the facility
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues
- Communicate with warehouse and logistics teams to support operations
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with additional yard or warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL required
- Previous yard driving or tractor-trailer experience preferred
- Strong attention to safety and awareness
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
