Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time Warehouse Production Worker in Wright City, MO!

1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:30am–4:00pm

Responsibilities:

Safely handle and move bag rolls of laminated fiberglass weighing 50–300 lbs, using team lifts and other equipment as needed.
Stack product onto carts to prepare for shipment.
Ensure all materials are handled carefully to prevent damage.
Prepare orders for shipping, verifying correct product and quantities.
Follow established production procedures to meet quality and efficiency standards.
Assist in general warehouse duties, including staging materials and maintaining workflow.
Maintain equipment and work areas in a neat, clean, and orderly condition.
Support inventory handling and organization as needed.
Follow all safety procedures and participate in promoting a safe work environment.
Comply with OSHA standards and company safety policies.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Preferred education level: High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to lift heavy materials with the assistance of team lifts/equipment.
Must be able to perform basic math functions such as adding, subtracting, and dividing.
Must be able to read and follow production orders.
Ability to work overtime as required.
Must be dependable and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
