Job Description
Crown Staffing is now hiring a full time Machine Operator in St. Peters, MO!
Monday-Thursday | 2:30pm- 1:00am | $19/Hr
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manual and/or CNC lathes and milling machines
- Machine castings to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Operate and assist with additional equipment including drill presses, broaching machines, and balancers
- Perform basic assembly work as needed
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure tolerances are met
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Continuously develop machining skills and adapt to new processes
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating lathes and mills required
- Experience machining castings strongly preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
