About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring a Small Engine Mechanic to support repair and maintenance operations in Frankfort, KY. In this role, you will work on outdoor power equipment, including riding lawn mowers and handheld tools.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on mechanical work and is looking for a steady weekday schedule with no weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair small engine equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on riding lawn mowers and outdoor power tools
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend solutions
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Communicate updates on repair status and equipment needs
- Support additional maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements
- Previous small engine or mechanical experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Basic knowledge of tools and repair processes
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
