Shift: 3rd Shift Swing Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM at $18.00 per hour
Job Summary
Crown Staffing is hiring a dependable and motivated Machine Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Springfield, KY. This role is responsible for supporting production operations by operating equipment, monitoring product flow, and preparing finished goods for shipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and comfortable working overnight shifts after completing training on day shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production and bagging equipment.
- Ensure products are packaged and processed according to company standards.
- Monitor conveyor and sealing systems during production.
- Organize and stack finished products for shipment.
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure product consistency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Report equipment malfunctions or production concerns to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and dependability.
- Ability to follow instructions and workplace safety procedures.
- Willingness to complete training on day shift before transitioning to overnight hours.
Schedule Information
- Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM at $18.00/hour
- Regular Schedule: 3rd Shift Swing Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM at $18.75/hour
