Job Description
Crown Staffing is now hiring a full time Upholstery Apprentice/Technician in St. Peters,
MO!
Monday-Friday (Saturday as needed) | 7:00am- 4:00pm | $19/Hr
Responsibilities:
- Sew and repair automotive interior materials
- Assemble and install vehicle interior components
- Clean and prep seats, carpeting, flooring, and trim pieces
- Use hand tools and shop equipment safely
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications:
- Previous sewing, upholstery, tailoring, or seamstress experience preferred
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a shop/warehouse environment
- Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Willingness to learn and be trained on automotive upholstery techniques
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
Work Environment:
This position is in a hands-on shop environment and may include exposure to noise, dust, adhesives, and varying temperatures. Candidates who enjoy detailed, hands-on work tend to do well in this role.
