Job Description
Pay Rate: $16-$17/hour
Duration: Approximately 3 Months
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and adaptable Office Floater to support a busy office team during peak shipping season. This position will assist various departments with customer order processing, invoicing, reporting, and administrative support tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with customer order processing from beginning to end
- Review and organize customer orders and documentation
- Generate reports for sales and operations teams
- Print pick tickets and customer labeling documents
- Support warehouse management system processes
- Organize invoicing and shipping paperwork
- Assist with invoicing, payment collection, and cash application
- Follow up on past due accounts or payment discrepancies
- Perform additional office support duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong computer and technology skills required
- Comfortable learning and using multiple software programs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- English-speaking required
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing daily priorities
- Must be able to pass a background check
