Assembler
Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $22.50/hr | Overtime & Saturdays as Needed

Assembler Requirements
- Previous assembly experience required
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Ability to perform functional testing and inspections on assembled products
- Ability to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skill
About the Assembler Role
As an Assembler, your responsibilities will include:
- Assemble subassemblies and finished products within the Tool and Head departments
- Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and assembly instructions
- Use hand tools, air tools, battery-powered tools, and arbor presses during assembly
- Perform functional and operational testing according to product checklists
- Verify dimensional specifications, alignment, and proper functionality of assembled parts
- Install electrical components including switches, sensors, connectors, and wiring harnesses
- Interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to complete assembly tasks
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
- Identify and correct assembly defects or discrepancies
