Automation Cell Operator
Monday – Thursday 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Payrate: $22+/hour. Overtime possible and mandatory as scheduled
Location: Germantown, WI

Requirements
    • Prior manufacturing experience in a factory environment (required)
    • Die casting or foundry experience (preferred, not required)
    • Strong attention to quality and detail

As an Automation Cell Operator, you will join a dynamic team at a growing manufacturing company
Key responsibilities include:
    • Start up, operate, and monitor automated die casting cells
    • Operate Yaskawa robots, vision inspection systems, ladlers, and furnaces
    • Monitor part quality and troubleshoot casting defects
    • Perform furnace filling and operation
    • Clean and perform basic maintenance on dies
    • Handle materials for automated cells
    • Operate trim presses for automated cells
    • Assist with set-ups and changeovers
    • Fill in as needed in die casting, trimming, finishing, and inspection
