- Approx. 36 hours
Night Shift Operator Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to stand, move, and work in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable attendance and ability to work a rotating schedule
- Strong attention to safety and teamwork
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
About the Night Shift Operator Role
Crown Staffing is hiring Night Shift Operators for a production facility in Bardstown, KY. This position involves monitoring production equipment, handling finished feed bags, and palletizing products in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, consistency, and teamwork.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor feed bags as they fill during production
- Guide bags across the conveyor system for sealing
- Lift and stack 55 lb bags onto pallets
- Build pallets containing approximately 40 bags each
- Maintain efficient production flow throughout the shift
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and production standards
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Assist with additional production duties as assigned
