Pay: $23.93 – $28.51/hour

Die Setter Requirements

• Minimum of 1–3 years of manufacturing experience required
• Previous die setting, press operation, stamping, or machine setup experience preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform machine adjustments as needed
• Experience working with production equipment, tooling, or dies in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read measuring tools and follow production specifications
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to quality and safety standards
• Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus

About the Die Setter Role

Crown Staffing is seeking experienced Die Setters for a manufacturing facility in Frankfort, KY. This position is responsible for setting up and maintaining dies, tooling, and production equipment to support efficient manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience, strong mechanical abilities, and the ability to work independently while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Set up dies, tooling, and equipment for production runs
• Perform die changes and machine adjustments efficiently
• Troubleshoot equipment and assist with minor mechanical issues
• Monitor machines to ensure proper operation and production quality
• Use measuring tools to verify product specifications and tolerances
• Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment upkeep
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Follow all safety and production procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support additional production duties as assigned
