Assembly Associate Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to follow safety procedures and production instructions
About the Assembly Associate Role
Crown Staffing is seeking dependable Assembly Associates for a manufacturing facility in Bardstown, KY. This position involves operating production equipment, assembling parts, and supporting manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Position parts into welding machines for production
- Operate machinery by pressing controls to complete welding processes
- Remove finished parts from machines and place them into designated bins
- Monitor production equipment to ensure proper operation and quality output
- Assemble and inspect components for quality and accuracy
- Package finished products and prepare them for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and report equipment issues promptly
- Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
