Crown Staffing – Lawn Care / Grounds Crew Worker

Position Overview
Crown Staffing is currently seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for a Lawn Care / Grounds Crew position. Employees will work as part of a team maintaining commercial and residential properties through mowing, trimming, and general grounds maintenance. No prior experience is required — training will be provided.

Schedule
• Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or until work is completed
• Days: Monday – Friday
• Occasional overtime and weekends may be required due to weather delays or workload demands

Job Responsibilities
• Mow lawns and maintain outdoor properties
• Blow grass clippings, leaves, and debris from sidewalks and work areas
• Operate walk-behind mowers and landscaping equipment
• Follow safety procedures and work efficiently as part of a crew
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and job sites

Additional Details
• Crew members operate as one team
• Employees will meet at the garage each morning and travel together to job sites
• Meals are typically eaten on the go during the workday
• Employees should bring a lunch or plan to stop at a gas station during breaks

Requirements

• No prior experience required

• Must be dependable and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• PPE required

• Must wear jeans and steel-toe boots daily
