Pay: $15.00–$18.00/hour (based on experience)
Available Schedules
Weekday Day Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Weekday Evening Shift: Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Weekend Shift: Saturday & Sunday | 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Family Experience Specialist Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, membership enrollment, or customer retention preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with families and customers
- Outgoing, friendly, and positive personality
- Comfortable assisting customers through the enrollment and registration process
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable making follow-up calls and responding to customer inquiries
About the Family Experience Specialist Role
Crown Staffing is seeking enthusiastic Family Experience Specialists for a growing swim school in Louisville, KY. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, creating positive experiences, and supporting families throughout their customer journey.
As a Family Experience Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for families, helping create a welcoming environment while supporting customer enrollment, scheduling, and retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome swimmers and their families into the swim school community
- Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk and retail area
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and text
- Assist families with enrollment, registration, and class scheduling
- Maintain accurate customer records, including personal, financial, and scheduling information
- Explain policies, procedures, and program offerings to customers
- Follow up with prospective families and warm leads regarding enrollment opportunities
- Assist with customer retention and relationship-building efforts
- Work closely with management to improve customer experience processes
- Support daily operations in a professional, friendly, and positive manner
