Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a General Labor Associate.
General Labor Job Details
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Location: Obetz / Groveport, OH
General Labor Requirements/Qualifications:
- Ability to lift to 70 lbs and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following PPE requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in general labor, construction, or warehouse environments is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, carry, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday
- Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
About the General Labor Role
As a General Labor Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Loading, unloading, lifting, carrying, moving, packaging, and repackaging materials and equipment
- Cleaning and preparing work areas by removing debris, hazards, and waste materials
- Operating basic hand tools and power tools as assigned
- Assisting skilled tradespeople and supervisors with daily tasks and project support
- Following all site-specific safety procedures and wearing the required PPE
- Maintaining clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas
- Moving materials and supplies throughout job sites and warehouse locations
- Supporting daily operations to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Performing general housekeeping duties as needed
- Completing additional duties assigned by supervisors or management
