Equipment Operator
Louisville, KY
Pay: $17.00/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Optional Saturdays

Equipment Operator Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating stand-up reach trucks or stock pickers in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Experience with inventory control, scanning, and stock replenishment preferred
- Ability to safely operate equipment in tight warehouse spaces
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow warehouse procedures and productivity standards
Key Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up reach trucks and stock pickers safely and efficiently
- Pick products accurately according to order specifications
- Move and organize inventory throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload products from racks, shelves, and pallets
- Perform routine safety inspections on equipment
- Assist with inventory control, scanning, labeling, and stock verification
- Participate in cycle counts and replenishment activities
- Report inventory discrepancies and safety concerns to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
- Safely maneuver equipment in busy warehouse environments
