Schedule:
Monday 6:00 AM – 2:30 AM
Tuesday 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Wednesday 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Thursday 6:00 AM – 2:30 AM
Friday 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Monday 6:00 AM – 2:30 AM
Tuesday 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Wednesday 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Thursday 6:00 AM – 2:30 AM

Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

Order Picker Requirements/Qualifications
- Experience with reach truck, forklift, double walkie, and cherry picker required
- Experience operating walkie rider equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs (team lifts available when needed)
- Ability to work mandatory overtime
- Ability to move 150–200 packages per day (boxes ranging from 5–20 lbs)
- Ability to read and write in English
- Ability to work in subzero/freezing temperatures
- Strong physical stamina to stoop, bend, crouch, and lift overhead throughout shift
- Previous warehouse, order picking, or distribution experience required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
About the Order Picker Role
As an Order Picker, your responsibilities will include:
- Moving materials throughout the warehouse using powered industrial equipment
- Operating reach truck, forklift, double walkie, cherry picker, and walkie rider equipment
- Picking and filling customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handling and staging products for shipment
- Maintaining accurate order documentation and inventory records
- Meeting daily picking goals of 150–200 packages per shift
- Ensuring safe material handling in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Following all safety procedures while working in subzero conditions
- Performing repetitive lifting, bending, and movement throughout the shift
- Supporting overall warehouse operations as needed
