Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Packager!
Packager Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Location: Cold Spring, KY

Important: Overtime is mandatory and candidates must be willing to work additional hours as needed.
Packager Requirements/Qualifications
- Ability to work mandatory overtime when required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attendance and reliability record
- Ability to follow safety and quality standards in an FDA-regulated facility
- Previous packaging, production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
About the Packager Role
As a Packager, your responsibilities will include:
- Packaging produced labels according to company specifications
- Inspecting labels for quality, accuracy, and defects
- Preparing finished products for shipment or storage
- Following FDA regulations and company quality standards
- Maintaining accurate production counts and documentation
- Keeping workstations clean, organized, and safe
- Performing repetitive packaging tasks efficiently and accurately
- Working with team members to meet daily production goals
- Reporting quality concerns or equipment issues to supervisors
- Following all workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Assisting with additional production duties as assigned
