Lead- 2nd shift Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

Lead- 2nd shift Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must be able to read and understand work orders
- Must have excellent attendance history
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Must have effective communication skills
- Must have high attention to quality and detail
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to perform repetitive bending and twisting throughout the shift
- Previous manufacturing, production, bindery, printing, or warehouse experience preferred
About the Lead- 2nd shift Role
As a Bindery Worker, your responsibilities will include:
- Reading and interpreting work orders to ensure accurate production output
- Operating bindery equipment and machinery according to production specifications
- Inspecting finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with customer requirements
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail throughout the production process
- Stacking, sorting, packaging, and preparing finished materials for shipment
- Monitoring production runs and reporting equipment or quality issues to supervisors
- Performing repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Lifting and moving materials weighing up to 40 pounds as needed
- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Following all company safety procedures and production guidelines
- Assisting with setup, changeovers, and other production support tasks
- Working overtime as required to meet production deadlines
