Monday – Saturday | 12:00 PM – 8pm | $18.00/Hour

Production Associate I Requirements

Ability to work a 6-day-per-week schedule with extended production hours
Ability to work in a cold production/manufacturing environment for extended periods
Ability to safely lift up to 60 pounds
Steel toe or composite toe boots required on Day 1
Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime as needed

About the Production Associate I Role

As a Production Associate I, your responsibilities will include:

Packing finished meat products according to production specifications
Palletizing products for storage, shipment, or further processing
Staging products and materials throughout the production process
Assisting with production machinery and equipment operations
Supporting meat processing and manufacturing activities in a fast-paced environment
Maintaining cleanliness and organization within production areas
Cleaning raw product storage rooms and workstations
Removing empty boxes, trash, and production debris from work areas
Following all food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures
Completing all job duties safely, efficiently, and accurately
