Assembler Requirements

Must have previous assembly experience
Electrical and mechanical experience required
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

About the Assembler Role

As an Assembler, your responsibilities will include:

Assembling a variety of mechanical and electrical components using hand tools and power tools
Reading and interpreting blueprints, assembly instructions, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics
Installing electrical components including switches, sensors, connectors, and wiring harnesses
Performing functional and operational tests according to product checklists and specifications
Verifying dimensional specifications, alignment, and functionality of assembled products
Making basic mechanical adjustments and alignments to ensure proper fit and operation
Conducting visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
Identifying, troubleshooting, and correcting assembly discrepancies or defects
Documenting assembly activities, production data, testing results, and quality concerns
Maintaining accurate production records on a daily basis
Supporting on-time completion and delivery of finished products
Assisting with training and mentoring less experienced team members
