Plastic Assembler – 1st Shift Location: Milford, OH Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Job Description: Crown Staffing is hiring a skilled Plastic Welder to join our team, specializing in the fabrication of plastic heat exchangers. This role involves welding thermoplastic materials using heat fusion techniques to assemble, repair, and maintain custom plastic components. The ideal candidate has experience with plastic welding tools and a strong attention to detail to ensure the quality and durability of welds. Responsibilities: -Perform heat fusion welding on thermoplastics such as PVC, CPVC, PP, and PVDF -Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders -Inspect and test finished welds for accuracy and strength -Maintain a clean and safe work area -Collaborate with fabrication and quality teams to meet production goals
