Job Summary
The Forklift Driver will operate material handling equipment, support warehouse operations, and ensure inbound and outbound schedules are met. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and packing machinery to support daily operations
- Load and unload materials as part of a team
- Pick, pack, check, and move products within the facility and on/off trailers
- Stack and store materials in designated storage areas following inventory procedures
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records
- Complete required documentation and forms
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance or repair needs
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Meet quality assurance and production standards
- Report safety hazards, quality concerns, or production issues immediately
- Follow all company policies and safety guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous forklift experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
