Position: Produce Associate (Seasonal / Part-Time) – Overland Area

Pay Rate: $16–$18 per hour

Schedule:

• Flexible schedule between 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Monday through Saturday (set schedule provided)

Job Description:
Crown Staffing is seeking reliable and motivated Produce Associates to support a mobile food market program in the Overland area. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that combines warehouse work, driving, and customer interaction.

Responsibilities include assisting with produce setup and display, loading and unloading products, packing and stocking inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Associates will also help transport goods using company vehicles and provide friendly, professional customer service at market sites.

This position is ideal for individuals who are energetic, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods (8–10 hours)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Ability to follow delivery routes and schedules
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain within 2 weeks of hire)
• Hepatitis A vaccination (or willingness to obtain before start)

Additional Preferences (Not Required):

• Previous driving, warehouse, or food service experience
• Familiarity with the St. Louis area and GPS navigation
