Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $16.25/hour
Overtime possible/mandatory

Grounds Maintenance Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Experience operating landscaping and lawn care equipment
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to complete physical outdoor tasks safely and efficiently
• Willingness to assist with a variety of maintenance duties as needed

About the Grounds Maintenance Role

Crown Staffing is seeking dependable Grounds Maintenance workers in Paris, KY. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-kept properties.

Key responsibilities include:

• General landscaping duties including mowing, weed eating, mulching, and trimming
• Removal of downed trees and debris
• Fence repair and minor carpentry work on barns and other buildings
• Snow removal and winter weather maintenance tasks
• Operating landscaping and maintenance equipment safely
• Assisting with additional maintenance projects and property upkeep as needed
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
