Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Training: Must be available to train on 1st shift (up to 6 weeks)
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Overtime: Possible / Mandatory

About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring a Mixing Operator to support production operations in Frankfort, KY. In this role, you’ll be responsible for mixing materials, operating equipment, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing and chemical handling experience who enjoys hands-on work in a production setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Mix slurry and handle chemical materials according to procedures
- Clean and maintain slurry tanks and equipment
- Operate machinery and monitor production processes
- Load and unload materials and parts
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support additional production tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months manufacturing experience
- Experience weighing materials and handling chemicals required
- Previous mixing or chemical processing experience preferred
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Must wear steel toe or composite toe footwear and required PPE
