Warehouse Production Line Worker – Job Details
Lexington, KY
Schedule:
- Full-Time | 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM
Training Schedule (First 2–3 Weeks):
- 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Overtime: Possible based on production needs

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to train on 1st shift before moving to 2nd shift
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills

Crown Staffing is hiring Warehouse Production Line Workers to support manufacturing operations in Lexington, KY. This role focuses on working with molds and production materials while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up molds, materials, and production equipment
- Follow drawings and instructions to complete orders
- Label and track job orders and finished products
- Pour materials into molds according to specifications
- Inspect products for quality and defects
- Remove finished products and move them through production
- Maintain accurate production records and counts
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Communicate with supervisors and assist team members as needed
