Pay: $21.00/hour

About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring a dependable and safety-focused CDL Yard Driver to support yard operations in Frankfort, KY. This role involves moving trailers and containers throughout the yard using a yard tractor while ensuring efficient and safe operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong driving skills who values consistency, teamwork, and a safety-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a yard tractor to move trailers and containers within the yard
- Position trailers accurately for loading and unloading
- Follow all safety procedures and DOT regulations
- Communicate with warehouse and shipping teams to support daily operations
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Complete additional duties as assigned
- Perform general duties around the lumber yard
Requirements
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL required
- Previous yard driving or tractor-trailer experience preferred
- Strong attention to safety and situational awareness
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Farming or Agriculture experience required
